CHHS is an accredited Royal Environmental Health Institute Scotland (REHIS) training centre and achieved many professional awards. Many students have gone on to win the highly coveted ‘Highfield award.’

REHIS Advanced Certificate in Health and Safety
We are running the REHIS Advanced Certificate in Health and Safety, a 5 day course in Edinburgh, from 24th to 28th March 2025, with the exam on 5th May.

We are running an Advanced Diploma inFood Hygiene Course between 7th & 11th April 2025, with the exam on 30th May.

We are running a REHIS Advanced HACCP course in Edinburgh between 6th & 8th May 2025, with the exam on 27th June. This is a fabulous practical application of HACCP training.

Highfield Levels 2 &3 Allergens training
We offer both Level 2 & 3 Allergen Management Courses for staff, supervisors and managers
Level 2 is a half day course and can be booked for a minimum of 6 people & costing £80 per person
Level 3 is a full day course designed for managers and can be booked for a minimum of 6 people & costing £170 per person
